Job Description & Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences Explain product features, prices, and available offers to customers Maintain proper display and arrangement of merchandise in the store Ensure shelves and racks are stocked and organized Handle billing, payments, and basic cash transactions Achieve daily or monthly sales targets set by the management Provide excellent customer service to enhance shopping experience Handle product returns, exchanges, and customer queries Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store area Report stock shortages or customer feedback to the store supervisor or manager
