Job Description & Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the clothing store and ensure smooth functioning Manage store staff, assign duties, and monitor performance Ensure proper display and arrangement of garments and merchandise Assist customers and ensure high standards of customer service Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory or store managers for replenishment Handle billing, cash management, and basic sales reporting Train new staff on store policies, product knowledge, and sales techniques Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand presentation Resolve customer complaints and handle returns or exchanges Track daily sales performance and report updates to management
